From a blank TV to your first playlist.

Three steps. Two devices. You’ll open the player on your display and control it from your phone or computer.

Before you start

  • Your TV or display, turned on
  • Internet on the display device
  • A phone or computer for the dashboard

On your TV or connected PC

Open the player

How will your screen run Everuna? Choose one option to see its instructions.

Open a web browser on the display. On Fire TV, use Silk. Enter this address:

Your TV needs a compatible browser. If it has none, choose the Windows option. The dedicated Android TV / Fire TV app is not published yet.

You should see a 5-character pairing code. Leave it on the display.

On your phone or another computer

Connect your screen

  1. Sign in to your Everuna dashboard.
  2. Open Screens and select Add Screen.
  3. Enter the code shown on your display.
  4. Name the screen, for example Front counter.

Use your own code. Codes expire after 15 minutes.

Your named screen appears in the dashboard. Pairing alone does not add content.

In your dashboard

Show your content

  1. Upload an image or video.
  2. Add it to a playlist and assign that playlist to your screen.
  3. Check that the schedule is active now.
  4. Look at your display to confirm the content is playing.

Your content is visible on the TV. Keep the player open, powered, and connected.

You’re ready to leave it running.

  • My content is showing on the correct TV.
  • The player is open and the device has power and internet.
  • I can change playlists from my dashboard.

Something not working?

My code expired

Request a new code on the display. Enter the new code in Screens → Add Screen on your dashboard.

I paired the screen, but nothing plays

Assign a playlist to this screen and check that its schedule is active. If it still does not play, check the internet connection and reload the player.

My TV has no browser

Connect a Windows PC or mini PC by HDMI and use Everuna Player. A Fire TV Stick with Silk is another browser option. Browser and media support vary by device.

How do I keep it running?

Leave the player open and keep the device powered. On Windows, enable Start with Windows in Player settings to open it after sign-in. TV browsers may need to be reopened after a restart. Offline playback depends on previously cached content.
