Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 12, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what content is permitted on Everuna's digital signage advertising network and cloud signage platform. All users—advertisers, venue partners, and cloud signage customers—must comply with this policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use our Services to display, distribute, or promote content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity
  • Is defamatory, libelous, or harassing
  • Contains hate speech, discrimination, or violence based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene
  • Is misleading, deceptive, or contains false advertising claims
  • Infringes intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights, etc.)
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Promotes tobacco, alcohol, or gambling in a manner that violates applicable law
  • Targets vulnerable populations (e.g., minors) inappropriately
  • Is otherwise inappropriate for public display in a business environment

2. Ad Approval Process

All advertising content submitted to our network is reviewed by Everuna before it goes live. We reserve the right to reject, request modifications to, or remove any ad that does not meet our quality standards or violates this AUP. We may also reject ads that are poorly designed, low resolution, or not suitable for digital display. Most ads are reviewed within 24–48 hours.

3. Cloud Signage Content

Customers using our cloud signage platform to manage their own screens are responsible for ensuring their content complies with this AUP. We may monitor content and take action if we become aware of violations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly display prohibited content.

4. Venue-Specific Content

Some venue types may have additional restrictions on content (e.g., medical offices, schools). Venue partners may also request that certain categories of ads be excluded from their screens. We will honor reasonable venue-specific restrictions when possible.

5. Technical Requirements

Content must meet our technical specifications, including resolution (we recommend 1920×1080), file format (JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP for images; MP4, WebM for video), and file size limits. Content that does not meet these requirements may be rejected or display poorly.

6. Enforcement

We may take action at any time if we believe content violates this AUP, including removing content, suspending accounts, or terminating services. We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking action, though we will typically attempt to contact you when we identify violations.

7. Reporting Violations

If you believe content on our network violates this AUP, please contact us at contact@everuna.com with details about the content and location. We will investigate and take appropriate action.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post changes on our website and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may provide additional notice.
