Advertising Terms

These Advertising Terms apply to advertisers who place ads on Everuna's digital signage network. They supplement our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. By using our advertising services, you agree to these terms.

1. Ad Submission and Approval

You must submit all ad creative through our dashboard or as directed by our team. We review all ads for quality, compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy, and technical suitability before they go live. We reserve the right to reject, request modifications to, or remove any ad that does not meet our standards. Most ads are reviewed within 24–48 business hours. You will receive notification when your ad is approved or if changes are required.

2. Creative Specifications

All ad creative must meet the following technical requirements:

  • Resolution: 1920×1080 pixels (Full HD, 16:9 landscape) recommended; we may also support portrait orientations for specific venues — confirm with our team.
  • Image formats: JPG, PNG, WebP, or GIF (static or animated). Files must be clear, high-resolution, and free of compression artifacts.
  • Video formats: MP4 or WebM; H.264 encoding recommended. Maximum duration is 30 seconds unless otherwise agreed.
  • File size: Images up to 10 MB; video up to 100 MB. Larger files may be rejected or require additional review time.
  • Content safety: All text must be legible at display size. Content must be appropriate for general public audiences in a business setting.
  • Branding: Your ad must clearly identify the advertiser. Misleading or unbranded ads will not be approved.

We reserve the right to update these specifications. We will notify you of significant changes that affect active campaigns.

3. Placement and Scheduling

Ad placement is subject to availability at the time of booking. You may select geographic areas, venue categories, date ranges, and time windows as available within your plan. We do not guarantee placement at any specific venue or screen, or at any specific exact time. Our network covers locations throughout the Rio Grande Valley; specific venue lists are available upon request. We will notify you of any significant changes that affect your scheduled campaign.

4. Geographic Coverage

Our digital signage network currently operates across the Rio Grande Valley, Texas, including Brownsville, Harlingen, McAllen, Edinburg, Mission, and surrounding communities. Coverage is subject to change as we add or remove venue partners. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your geographic targeting preferences but cannot guarantee coverage in every specific location within the region.

5. Proof-of-Play and Reporting

We provide proof-of-play logs and analytics showing when, where, and how often your ads displayed. You will have access to real-time data through your dashboard, and we provide periodic summary reports. We also support QR code tracking and custom URL parameters for conversion measurement. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that reporting is error-free. Our reports are for informational purposes and should not be used as the sole basis for legal or financial decisions.

6. Payment and Billing

Fees are based on your selected plan and campaign parameters as agreed at the time of booking. You agree to pay all fees when due. Payment terms are net 30 unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may suspend your campaigns for non-payment after providing reasonable notice. All fees are in U.S. dollars. Invoices are issued at the start of each billing period.

7. Content Ownership and License

You retain full ownership of your ad creative. By submitting content, you grant Everuna a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce your content solely in connection with providing the advertising services described in these terms. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights and licenses to the content, and that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, defamation, or other rights.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a campaign by contacting us at contact@everuna.com. We will stop displaying your ads as soon as reasonably practicable, typically within one business day of confirmed cancellation. Refunds for unused, prepaid portions of campaigns may be available at our discretion, particularly for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the campaign start date. We do not provide refunds for ads that have already been displayed. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

9. Advertiser Representations

By submitting ads to our network, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the authority to enter into these terms on behalf of the advertiser
  • Your ad content is truthful and not misleading
  • You hold all required licenses and permits for the products or services advertised
  • Your content does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • You have obtained all necessary consents for any personal data (e.g., photos of individuals) included in your creative

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVERUNA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST BUSINESS, OR CLAIMS FROM THIRD PARTIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE CAMPAIGN IN QUESTION.
