Everuna's queue module lets venue partners add a digital check-in flow to their location. Guests enter their phone number at a kiosk or check-in page, receive a confirmation text when they join the line, and get notified when it's their turn. No marketing. No follow-up. Just the visit.

How It Works

Three simple steps from check-in to called.

Step 1

Guest Checks In

At the kiosk or check-in page, the guest enters their phone number and actively accepts the SMS consent notice — including STOP/HELP instructions, message frequency, and links to Privacy Policy and Terms.

Step 2

Confirmation Sent

The guest receives an automated SMS confirming their place in line — e.g., "You're in! Ticket A-042 at Main Desk. Est. wait: 12 min. Reply STATUS for position · CANCEL to leave."

Step 3

Called When Ready

When the venue calls their ticket, the guest receives a second SMS — e.g., "It's your turn! Ticket A-042 — please come to the counter now."

SMS Opt-In & Compliance

  • Guests voluntarily provide their phone number and must actively accept consent before any message is sent.
  • Consent language includes: message frequency, msg & data rates notice, STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help, and links to Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent through the queue system.
  • Messages are purely transactional and tied to that single visit only.
